Frost is a small-batch ice cream shop focused on thoughtful flavours and quality ingredients — with a rotating menu that includes ice cream, soft serve, affogatos, and a featured sundae.

Where is your ice cream made?

All of our ice cream is made right here in-store everyday, including our soft serve. We do not use any pre-packaged/powdered mixtures. All of our ice cream starts with real milk, cream and sugar.

Do you have nut free options?

We are not a nut free facility. Everything is made in one kitchen. While some of our flavours do not contain nuts, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. If you’re unsure of any flavour, please don’t hesitate to ask.

When will you have new flavours?

New flavours drop on the 1st of every month at midnight.

Will my favourite flavour come back?

While we do bring back most flavours during the same month every year, some flavours don’t always make the cut. We’re always striving to improve and try new things.

Do you have dairy-free or vegan options?

Yes, we always have at least 2 vegan or non-dairy options on our menu. We usually have a vegan chocolate and another rotating flavour, which can either be a sorbet or a non-dairy milk based flavour.

What is your vegan base?

We use a blend of oat milk and coconut milk.

Metered parking is available just outside the store, on Ottawa Street. Street parking is available along Parent Avenue. Be sure to check signage for time limits.
